	<title>TV Room</title>

	<description><![CDATA[<img src="http://features.cgsociety.org/gallerycrits/132168/132168_1209168027_small.jpg"><br><br>Here is a scene that I created using 3ds Max 9 using the Mental Ray renderer using the arch+design materials.  The majority of the models in the scene were created by me except for the stereo receivers in the TV stand (Evermotion).  Most of the non procedural textures were from the internet (magazine covers, movie posters) while some textures were created using Photohop (sketchpad, soda can, apples).  Enjoy.]]>

	<title>Magpul - M93 (Carbine Stock)</title>

	<description><![CDATA[<img src="http://features.cgsociety.org/gallerycrits/132168/132168_1198280891_small.jpg"><br><br>Magpul M93 Carbine Stock.  If your are wondering what that means, its basically an 8 position butt stock for the M-16 or AR-15.  This project is broken into 3 steps (but stock, lower/upper reciever, barrel/handguard).  Once all 3 steps are complete, the overall rifle will be rendered out.  All modeling was created in 3DS Max.  Mental Ray was used for the texturing and lighting.]]>

My main focus for this scene was trying out different lighting techniques using Mental Ray/GI.  There are some models in the scene that I cannot take credit for the modeling aspect (furniture).]]>
